You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:
To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@powerplayco.uk. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

No Restocking Fee
We believe in keeping things simple and hassle-free. That’s why we don’t charge any restocking fees for returns. Your satisfaction is what matters most to us.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Free Order Cancellation:
You have the freedom to cancel your order for any reason while it’s still in authorization mode. Simply navigate to the “My Orders” section of our website and click on “cancel order,” or send us an email with your cancellation request. We’ll void the transaction and return your deposit promptly.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, the quickest way to do so is by initiating a return and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds:
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method within 4-5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
