Switching between the two exercises is simple, and can be done by rotating the weight bar to the suitable position, using the large disc to select your ideal starting position. The machine is suitable for both standard 1 inch plates or 2 inch olympic plates through the use of the included adapter.

The seat’s back pad can be moved forwards and back to your ideal position, and then secured in placed with a large screw pin.
